Welcome to Willow’s Whisk. I am thrilled to have you here! My name is Holland. I am a wife and a mama who lives on chai lattes. I enjoy creating pastries, taking pictures, drinking tea and twirling in a skirt.
A little bit about myself (beside the random free facts in my intro): I am mostly a self taught baker, although I have had the amazing opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious kitchens in the nation without any culinary background for a short season of my life; I live and breathe in desserts and continue to strive to be the best I can be; I am obsessed with working with lavender and vanilla beans; I love me anything with a chocolate ganache; If it was acceptable, I would IV myself with a bag of freshly brewed tea; and, to me, heaven is lounging on my comfy couch binge watching I love Lucy with a cup of bone broth in hand.
